Fresh. Real. No Compromise.
"In a world of frozen prep and factory shortcuts, we chose a different rhythm.
Every morning, our kitchen starts from scratch. We bake our
breads in-house, prep fresh batters, chop real ingredients, and cook each
order only when it comes in.
No artificial flavours. No preservatives. Just honest food across global, Indian, and fusion plates — from comforting breakfasts to wholesome bowls and
handcrafted desserts. "

Vision
When you open a Nosh box, it shouldn’t feel stored. It should feel made.
Because it was.

Our Kitchen
Our kitchen is where discipline meets creativity. Every day, we operate with precision, consistency, and a deep respect for ingredients. From early preparation to final packaging, each step is handled with care to ensure freshness, balance, and reliability. As a delivery-first kitchen, our systems are built for efficiency without compromise — so every meal that leaves our space reflects the standards we stand for: quality, integrity, and thoughtful execution.
Meet the Founder
Rooted in a love for food, travel, books, and the quieter joys of everyday life, the founder of The Nosh House—Sharad brings over fifteen years of experience working with some of India’s most respected brands.
This journey led into the launch of The Nosh House—a cloud kitchen built on the belief that great food should feel personal, comforting, and memorable, even when delivered to your doorstep.
Driven by a passion for hosting and an eye for detail, the founder continues to craft menus that celebrate flavor, quality, and connection—turning everyday meals into experiences. Bon Appétit.
